We ship our items from the UK, USA and EU depending on articles so we always have the best quality for our customers.

The delivery times vary depending on what distribution center the items get send from, this means it can take 7-30 days in extreme cases.

Our delivery costs are divided into categories:

Orders from 0-149: costs 14,95

Orders from 149-249: costs 9,95

Orders up from 249: Free Delivery

In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Paradox offers a free reprint or a refund when notified within 30 days.

Contact us via e-mail when anything is wrong with your order, we will provide you with the necessities.

Orders of a wrong size/color etc. will not be accepted as eligible for refund, please make sure you check your orders thoroughly.

All our items only show the in-stock variants, if you would like to now when an item is restocked you can always contact us, usually it shouldn't take longer than 7 days.

For every item we carefully select the best materials such as cotton and recycled polyester to support sustainability and the environment.

Do not dryclean; Iron, steam or dry: low heat; Do not tumble dry; Do not bleach; Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F).

All items are designed to have a relaxed fit, if you want a oversized look go one size up from your regular sizing (only when a product doesn't specify OVERSIZED).

All items use the US sizing tables meaning if you are in the EU get one size bigger than you would usually get.
